The doctor is great, knows his patients, and educates them along the way by sharing his thinking, getting input into treatment options, etc. The ZocDoc system never got my appointment time correct, however, so I learned to just call the office and ignore the ZocDoc emails.
When we arrived approximately 30 minutes before our appointment, Dr. Rose was reported to be in surgery. His staff, however, received my wife's insurance and medical history, and after a short wait, she was professionally interviewed as her pertinent data was inputted on to their database. My wife was examined by a Physician Assistant, and then Dr.Rose arrived to answer any questions we had left, including explaining the anatomy of proposed surgery needed, with options concisely explained. Dr. Rose is a good doctor, based on his web page recommendation, and we found him to be a compassionate person as well. Next step: schedule needed surgery! The entire experience was upbeat, professional, and to the point. I am impressed!

I liked him as a doctor but was really disappointed with the time I waited. I got there 15 mins early like I was instructed and then waited 30 mins past my appointment time for a total of 45 mins in the waiting room. If my appointment can be cancelled if I am 30 mins late I shouldn't have to wait 30 mins to see him. I liked his bedside manner but I thought he was a little too touchy feely. Nice man though.
We were seen about 15 minutes after arrival, but on time for our appointment. Dr. Rose was great, energetic and very good at explaining what was wrong.

Dr. Rose is awesome. I got steroid shots in both thumbs. He told what he was going to do and the talked me through each shot. Did they hurt? Yes but Dr. Rose's calm demeanor belped a whole lot. If I end up needing surgery, I will feel totally comfortable with him performing the surgery.

The visit was fine. Dr. Rose was thorough in his exam process and answered my questions. I'm concerned that he might have been over scheduled.
He was kind, attentive, spent enough time with me to answer all of my questions. He got right down at my level and sat in front of me. I felt like he treated me like an equal and was very considerate to my needs and concerns. Phenomenal doctor. I am so glad to have met him.
Dr. Rose is an excellant doctor, he always gives me a plan for treatment and what to expect, He always says call him if things do not progress in a timely manner. Some doctor's just say see you but not Dr. Rose he is interested in your well being.
