Upon entering the office the receptionist was on the phone. I took a seat and about two minutes later she called me over and asked me my name. I told her and she asked me to have a seat and stated the nurse would be right with me. 35 minutes elapsed and I went to the counter to inquire about when they felt they could see me and that I had an appointment that was 49 minutes prior. She said she would check. 5 more minutes passed and the nurse came to get me and place me in one of the exam rooms. She took my blood pressure and pulse. Then said the doctor would be in soon. I waited and spoke to Dr. Slack was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He gave me all of my options clearly. Then left the room for me to change. He conducted a standard exam and then exited the room. He said the nurse would get me soon to draw blood. As I'm changing the nurse doesn't knock and cracks the door telling me she had some paperwork to finish and would be a little bit.
Then I changed and peaked outside and she said she'd be in soon. She then comes in a few minutes later and tells me that the lady who draws blood had stepped out and would be back in 20 minutes. However I can just stop by tomorrow. I let her know I'd like to get all of my stuff done today. So I waited. Upon being pulled into the blood draw room the tech spoke sternly and said my significant other wouldn't have a place to come as the blood was drawn. When there was clearly an exam bench he could have sat to make the blood draw easier for me. Then there was no follow-up or briefing to welcome me to the clinic. It felt very delayed, then rushed along and unprofessional. The only professional piece was the doctor himself.

very happy with my experience!!! front desk ladies were really nice, nurse and doctor very helpful! he is really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable even though i've never seen a male gynecologist before. thank u doctor now i am cured!

I've been a patient of Dr. Slack's for several years. Even when I moved out of state I would fly home just to keep my status active with his practice. He has always been compassionate, caring and most importantly to me, realistic with my goals. He's a wonderful doctor and i've made several referrals to friends who see him now as well.

Dr. Slack has been working with me for a few years now. I have had great difficulty with endometriosis as well as poly cystic ovaries and he has helped me through various possible birth controls and treatments, as well as helping me with pain and myriads of questions on everything relating to women's medical issues. His knowledge is vast, and most importantly (for me) he treats his patients with patience and respect.

The wait was long and the check in process wasn't very smooth but they were having computer problems so I assume that at future appointments won't be like this. All of the people I interacted with were very knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed Dr. Slack's beside manor. He answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything with me and carefully go over my health history. I felt like I was in very good hand with this practice.

I really liked the doctor and how willing he was to answer all questions in a comfortable fashion. My only gripe with the service here is that I needed a prescription called in that day in order to keep with my proper medication schedule and they failed to do so before leaving for the weekend.

Dr. Slack was such a great experience. I was very concerned about switching birth control and had a million questions. He was a great listener... took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He was a great doctor and really explained everything very well without rushing.
