Prevention Focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention. I practice primary care and use a variety methods depending on a person's needs and level of sensitivity. I use Ayurvedic medicine to strengthen one's constitution. For acute illess, I may use herbs, homeopathy, diet and home treatment protocols. Other therapies I offer include Bowenwork and Craniosacral therapy.
