Dr. Wilson was very attentive and reseptive, he not only spoke directly to the patient, which is a teenager, but also took in consideration what others in the room were bringing up. thank you again.

Dr. Wilson is a Board Certified Psychiatrist who has been in private practice over 30 years. He has been caring for patients in the Conejo Valley and adjacent communities from his office in Westlake Village, CA. He is a member of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law. He serves as a Psychiatric Evaluator for the Los Angeles Superior Court for both juvenile and adult cases.
Dr. Wilson attended the State University of New York Upstate Medical University where he received his medical degree. After completing his internship at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital, Dr. Wilson served for two years as a Peace Corps physician in Guyana, South America. Upon his return, Dr. Wilson took a psychiatry residency at the University of Michigan Neuropsychiatric Institute. He then completed a fellowship in Psychiatry and the Law at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute in Los Angeles. In his outpatient experience, Dr. Wilson provides services to adolescents and adult patients including medication, evaluations, medication follow up and psychotherapy for patients with ADD, Depression, Anxiety, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Dr. Wilson has always been kind, compassionate and knowledgable in treating me. He really listens and has helped me a lot! I've seen two other doctors - they did not help as much as Dr. Wilson has!

Dr. Wilson carefully listens to my problems and makes thoughtful, helpful recommendations. He remains familiar with my history from visit to visit and carefully manages my medication. His analytic skills inspire confidence in his recommendations.

Every visit is very valuable. My experience of Dr. Wilson is very positive. He is kind, compassionate and very supportive. I suffered from severe depression and his actions at a particularly difficult time literally saved my life. He was at that time and beyond a very strong, steady anchor for me.
