Steven A Chandler, D.O. received his Bachelor's degree in Biology/Pre-med and his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University. Dr. Chandler then completed his internship and residency program at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. In July 2007 Dr. Chandler completed his fellowship in Orthopedic Trauma at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Chandler joined the practice in September 2007. Dr. Chandler offers innovative approaches to treating general orthopedic problems and musculoskeletal injuries with advanced techniques. He provides continuous care from injury through recovery from traumatic musculoskeletal injuries, including: bone loss; complex pelvic/acetabular fractures; fracture non-unions; and soft tissue problems.

So I have been his patient for about 6 or 7 yrs. ..he's a nice guy, clean office, nice staff. ..he's a young doctor, every time I visit him, he always wants to an injection, , well now I've had hundreds of injections over the past 6+ yrs. ..knees, shoulders, wrists. ..they injection wears off after a couple days. .every time I tell him my symptoms, he's always recommending stuff we've tried in the past. .I've let perform 4 surgeries on me during my time as his patient...well in January of 2015, he did a shoulder clavicle resection (shaved my collar bone ) along with cleaning up minor torn tissue from rotator cuff & bicep tenedonitis, , my other surgeries were a success, ,pain stopped. .but my shoulder has gotten worse, when he writes my prescription for pain or muscle relaxers. .he writes down a non existing dosage, then I take it to the pharmacy cvs 87th Cicero, ,they harass me for id. .then accuse me of messing with the medication. . So after a week, they get in touch with him, & he corrects the dosage. . But I get no apologies from the pharmacy, , well in today's appointment he accused me of getting multiple medications from other doctors, but he writes me a script for SOMA ( muscle relaxer ) it comes in 300 mg or 350. ..he wrote as 37 5mg. .i caught the mistake & notified his nurse, now this brain less lady started to scratch out stuff & write over it....she told me to wait in front until she gets his signature so a new can be written, , i decided right then & there, ,,It's time to find a doctor with lots of experience, & knowledgeable staff. .i left without waiting for the altered script. ..if I were to take a chance & turn it to the pharmacy, ,I'd probably be in jail. ..IF YOU GET MEDS FROM HIM, DOUBLE CHECK THE STRENGTH. OR YOUR PHARMACIST WILL ASSUME YOU WROTE IT, WHICH CAN CAUSE YOU SERIOUS TROUBLE.
