The visit was okay - a little short considering the wait time was ridiculous. I was told that they could not accommodate me with an after school appointment for my child and then we were in the waiting room for 2 hrs and 20 minutes - plenty of time for him to have finished the school day - meanwhile I pulled him out early.

He spent the time talking and it felt like he was giving a speech with no questions and walked out.
I will not waste another days work seeing him nor will I allow my son to miss another day of school to see him. This was a complete waste of my time.

The doctor was fine....Its was the staff I was uncomfortable with. I put my phone to charge in the examining room & I accidentally forgot it. I called to retrieve the phone & the front desk was very nasty! Told me the phone was not there. I know it wasn't their fault but it could've been handle with a little more patience & consideration towards my property. There was no compassion whats so ever. Very rude!!!!
