It was my first time there, and Dr. Carder really took the time to get to know my medical history. He was thorough, and I never felt rushed or like he was trying to get on to the next patient. When we were done talking about what I came in for, he made sure to ask if there was anything else I might need, and even helped me look up a pharmacy close to me.

Dr. Carder grew up in Liberty and attended William Jewell College, recieving a BS in Chemistry, graduating magna cum laude in 1988.
He completed medical school at the University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating magna cum laude in 1992.
His participated in the Family Practice Residency Program at Self Memorial Hospital in Greenwood, SC; where he was Chief Resident, July 1994 to July 1995.
After completing his family practice specialty training he moved back to Liberty and has been practicing in this area since then.

Dr. Carder was cordial, to-the-point and had good recommendations. He was able to answer every question I asked and also listened well during our appointment so as to make solid recommendations based on my information and the physical exam. I also liked the office and secretary--it was almost a step back in time in the ambience, but with modern care practices! I would highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Dr.Carder! He takes his time with me and makes sure all of my questions are answered. Most important he helps me with my illness and understands it. He does not treat me like it is nothing! I take my whole family there and trust him completely!

I arrived right at the scheduled start time for my appointment and Dr. Carder introduced himself within a few minutes of my arrival. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and he gave me a timeframe to return in if I was not seeing any improvement in my issue.

Went very smooth. I had to pay Out of pocket which cost more than a few other places I called but couldn't get in. So I guess that's the price you pay for being able to get a same day appointment. no cash discount. . Learned there was some medication I could take to prevent my problem. He explained things well and gave me the option of how long I wanted to wait for my problem (it's not a life or death situation) He didn't automatically say you need to go this specialist. I appreciated that since I am paying cash. His office was kid friendly. Lot of toys to keep them entertained. I would feel comfortable using him as a primary for my whole family once I get insurence. I loved the fact I didn't have to wait. There was no nurse so he did everything from weighing you to taking your vitals. The use of zocdoc was nice since it let me see what day and times he had available. I would defiantly recommend him.
