Great staff! I was seen quick & they were so helpful throughout my time. I was very nervous & hesitant about coming, but all my nerves were instantly calmed down after I was called, I’ll be sure to book all my appointments here. (:

Although the receptionist was new, she made it as pleasant as possible while she tried to figure things out and apologized for any inconvenience, even though there was hardly any. I was able to go back at the exact time of my appointment and they were very accommodating for the circumstances as to why I was there. I’d almost rather go back to this place, then my primary doctors office.

Sarah is a beneficial and efficient part of the urgent care team. She listened to my concerns and was able to get me a diagnosis and plan situated very quickly and followed up with a synopsis of our conversation in the portal app.

Andy, the front door host, and nurse were very professional and kind. I did not expect to have any procedure done today, but Andy handled it very well and helped me through the process even though it was slightly embarrassing.
