Been here before once before, due to insurance reason was unable to continue going back. Now that my family and I have new insurance we recommend this, Doctor very good bed side manner and prompt service. Front desk very friendly staff.

He's pleasant but not thorough. I 'drove' the conversation with prepared questions and he responded succinctly but without any follow up questions or any independent questions. Very basic annual physical. Blood pressure, listened to my heart and ordered lab tests. I felt like he was anxious to get to his next appointment. Maybe I had 15 minutes with him.

Unfortunately, I never had a good experience with this doctor, but I went back several times to see if it got better. His office staff is great, but he always dismissed every concern I had and didn't bother trying to help. I am now on my way to getting the answers I needed elsewhere!

I was told they would call to schedule a followup when they received my blood work but they never did. I waited patiently for a month and then called to inquire and was told to continue waiting. I called a week later and was told again to just keep waiting and they reaffirmed they would call me. I got the sense I was bothering them so I stopped calling and just waited as instructed. It's been two months now and it's safe to say I've been forgotten about. I didn't care for how they handled the situation and wouldn't want my loved ones concerned about their health to be treated the same way, so for this reason I wouldn't recommend this office.

The staff (Monica) was awesome! Very friendly and outgoing. Dr. Folkerth was very personable...listened to everything i had to say and responded! for my first appointment with him...i was exceptionally pleased and glad I picked him. Going to the doctor won't be so horrible with Dr. Folkerth as my medical provider!! Thanks for a great visit!

I was pleasantly surprised to find my concept of what an MD should be. Dr. Folkerth listened to my issues without making me feel like he was in a hurry to be somewhere else. He assured me that his office did the follow-ups after lab test etc. I am so very happy that I chose this physician.

The doctor is very understand and listens to your needs and problems. The doctor will help make a healthy and manageable plan that will be achievable. I really enjoyed my visit from the moment I walked in the staff made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this doctor and enjoyed his bedside manor. I found a doctor I can trust and that's hard to do in the Las Vegas valley. I give him and his staff A++++++++ :)
