Unfortunately I was unable to be seen at this facility because they do not take my insurance, but the team at the front desk was truly AWESOME! So helpful, kind, professional and caring. I was slightly upset that I drove so far and was unable to be seen. They helped me to make an appt with Dr Goldberg at his other facility in two days (where he does take my insurance). They also gave me all the forms ahead of time, helped me fill them out and now I'm all set for the next appt. It's not often that the people at the front desk at a doctor's office are so great and kind. I am thankful for them and look forward to my appt on Friday.
