We were very pleased with the doctor and nursing staff. The facility is also very clean. However, we made our appointment online and filled out the paperwork online the night before only to be told that we had to refill out paperwork because they don't take Zocdoc paperwork and having an appointment meant nothing. We were still put at the end of the line. We went on a Saturday and had we needed bloodwork we would not have been able to make it to the lab before closing time. Had I known the appointment time meant nothing we would have gone first thing in the morning.
