There was one lady at the desk that had a little attitude trying to deny my service with my dog, but the doctor and the nurse told her that it was a service dog and that I was allowed in. Everything after that was amazing. Great hospitality, and service! 100% will be coming back”

There was no acknowledgment of my appointment and the staff was very unfriendly. I was told the doctor would be 10-15 minutes late due to weather which was fine and I was okay to wait for, but 5 minutes later was told he would be 1-2 hours late. I drove an hour for this appointment and was very dissatisfied. I left without being seen.

We liked our doctor/practitioner. The office was a little disjointed tho - they told me my pharmacy was closed and I should pick another one. So I did. And after all of that it turned out my pharmacy was open.

I loved this urgent care. I’ve been to many and this is by far the most friendly and knowledgeable. I’d like to mention jessy and the other receptionist were super sweet and informative. I can’t say enough this is just the best urgent care I’ve been to in a while. I will be continue to come here when I need it.
