Dr. Hoge has over 25 years experience in the practice of psychiatry. He has broad experience in the treatment of adult psychiatric disorders. Dr. Hoge has been on the faculty of several major medical schools where he has taught and supervised psychiatric residents, advanced fellows in training, and trainees of other disciplines. He is currently a Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he directs a training program.
Dr. Hoge provides advanced psychopharmacology consultation and treatment, and individualized psychotherapy. He frequently manages patients in collaboration with therapists and is committed to interdisciplinary approaches to treatment.
Dr. Hoge has provided consultative services to the US Department of Justice. He has a US Secret Security Clearance.
