Doctor seemed thorough and engaged, although it was a very quick visit (5 mins after being in the office for 2 hours). Found the office to be very disorganized and not up to high cleanliness standards. Waited more than an hour past appt. time to be seen by a nurse and was brought into an exam room that had not been cleaned from the last patient. Was asked to go into small closet-like room to have blood pressure checked, which also happened to be the room where they were performing urinalysis and other lab work 4 feet from me. Gaps between seeing nurses and doctor was very long and was there for over 3.5 hours, most of which was just waiting around.

The reception is very disorganized. I booked the visit, confirmed by phone but when I got there I had to wait for 45 minutes. When I complained, they said they did not have my name in their schedule for the day.

Phlebotomist didn’t know what she was doing, tried to draw blood from me 3 different times and nothing was coming out. Then another woman working in the office tried once with me and of course, she got it first try. Mind you, I’ve never had a problem giving blood. Besides this, doctor seemed fine.

Dr Kester is an excellent and extremely professional doctor. I never waited so little while in a doctors office in my life. The staff is superb and efficient. Will recommend it 100% if you value your time or have a busy schedule.

Seems like a nice doctor, but the wait is crazy. Definitely don't come in on a Thursday, you'll wait for over 2.5 hours before you actually see the doctor! The staff was friendly, but very unorganized and helter skelter! Not a bad doctor, but definitely much room for improvement when it comes to the office logistics!

While I was the only patient there initially and was taken to a room pretty quickly, there was still a long wait before I saw the doctor, and he was in and out within 5 mins. He ordered one test and then I had to wait to see him again. In the end I think the diagnosis was pretty ambiguous and he's not really sure what's going on so we're going to try something and if it doesn't get better, I need to come back. He was very nice but I felt a little rushed, even after waiting so long. The office staff were top notch though. Super friendly and efficient.

The procedures have helped me tremendously. When I just came, my PVR was 400-500 ml Per catherzation, 4 times per day. In appropriately 2 months it was down to 100-150 ml, twice a day. After 4 months PVR is now 40-60 ml every few weeks and I am catherizing only to verify PVR is not increasing and other urologist had suggested Gun Lazer Surgery with only 30% chance of success. I'm certainly glad I tried Dr. Kester first.
