Great experience from beginning to end. Staff and Dr. Taylor are professional, personable, very nice with great customer service. 5 stars all the way. Helped with glasses selection, explained what insurance covered, no pushy sales tactics, doc took the time to explain/educate (everyone did really). They are passionate about helping you take care of your eyesight! Thank you!

ATTENTION PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT:
Our office strives to be as transparent about our office policies as possible before the day of the examination to eliminate confusion.
1) We need the following information before we can schedule your appointment:
The company that provides your vision benefits, your ID number, your group number, the primary member’s full name and date of birth. If your benefits are provided by VSP, we will also need the primary member’s last four digits of his/her SSN.
We need this information for 2 primary reasons:
a) If we cannot verify your vision benefits before your appointment, there is a chance that you may be ineligible for your vision exam.
b) If you are interested in using your vision benefits for optical hardware or contact lenses, it is important for us to determine the amount and your eligibility before contacting your vision benefits company.
2) If you currently wear/are interested in contact lenses, we have an additional contact lens evaluation fee.
The fee for patients who currently wear contact lenses ranges between $55-$85. This additional fee covers your new contact lens prescription, trial contact lenses, and any follow-up appointments that you may need for your contact lenses.
The fee for patients who are interested in trying contact lenses for the first time ranges between $116-$136. This additional fee covers the contact lens fitting with the doctor, a 1-on-1 training session with one of our technicians, your contact lens prescription, trial contact lenses, and any follow-up appointments that you may need for your contact lenses.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL BE CONTACTING YOU AFTER YOU REQUEST YOUR APPOINTMENT BY PHONE OR EMAIL TO CONFIRM THE DATE AND TIME. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT
