I highly recommend Dr. Quimby for multiple reasons: (1) his office staff is very friendly, (2) Dr. Quimby is very friendly and knowledgable, he explained everything to me and really listened to me, (3) the office gives you written information, pamphlets and samples for everything we discussed, including a mini-sunscreen and face wash, (4) Dr. Quimby seems very thorough, spent quite a bit of time with me and does not try to just sell you on procedures or medicines if not necessary and (5) I felt very safe to ask questions and left feeling as though I had a solid understanding of what I was told about my medical conditions.

Dr. Steven R. Quimby, M.D., FAAD Board-Certified Dermatologist. After receiving his M.D. degree from the University of Connecticut Dr. Quimby spent 5 years in residency including 3 years in Dermatology fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota.
Dr. Quimby then served on staff of the Mayo Clinic both in Rochester and in Scottsdale. Most recently he had a private Dermatology practice in Central IL near his hometown until he relocated to Scottsdale in 2011. Dr. Quimby has a career long interest in skin cancer prevention, detection and treatment. He has done research on retinoids in photo-damaged skin and the use of Alpha Hydroxy acids for skin improvement.
Dr. Quimby is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Phoenix Dermatologic Society.
