Very well-trained staff Re: customer service. Lots of smiles and they remember your name after a single visit. Dr. R. is pleasant and P.A. 'Kip' is very gregarious and reassuring. A well-orchestrated operation that should be copied by more doctors. Test results that should have been ready a week prior or more were not available, so I suggest they double-check that they have such info when it is the sole reason for a visit.
