Dr. Valenstein is always very thorough. He’s friendly to talk to, and answers any questions I have. My first visit was a few years ago, and he covered so much background that I chose to make him my regular physician.

The waiting time was short. The doctor came and listened to my concerns but he was not able to help me at all. He just said that it was nothing serious but I am still feeling so sick. I asked him to run some tests to investigate more but nothing. I would not recommend this doctor.

He was exactly what I needed. The process from the front desk staff experience, nurses, medical assistants, phlebotomist were great.
It was also a new experience with having the staff members remembering my name. This was my first visit! I will definately be back for my annual check ups and I will recommend anyone to this practice
