I was taken back to a room right away, and it was only about 10 minutes before I saw the doctor. He and his staph are very helpfull and he was thorough. He explained everything he was doing. I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Steven West is a precise, attentive ear, nose, and throat doctor and head and neck surgeon treating patients in the St. Louis and greater Missouri areas. His approach is to give each of his patients his undivided attention, centering his practice on compassion and empathy. He holds certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a member of both the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
In order to complete his medical degree, Dr. West attended the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his medical education at Washington University in St. Louis. Here, he completed both an internship and a residency program focused on the study of otolaryngology. He now attends national meetings to keep his practice up-to-date.
Patients can visit Dr. West to receive care for a full range of issues, including sore throat, asthma, vertigo, emphysema, sinus problems, neck swelling, and sleep problems. Repeatedly ask the same questions and then accused me of changing my complaint location. I said ringing in left ear and he said why do you keep saying right ear?Never said that, said left ear right nasal passage. Unclear how i feel about this guy

I thought the entire process was very professional. The staff was friendly and provided needed information quickly. Dr. West was very professional and personable. He listened to what I had to say and then proceeded w/the examination. His initial diagnosis proved to be correct and was confirmed by the hearing test I was given. I was very satisified by the entire process.
