very nice and thorough for a checkup. would've appreciated a more in depth call about my bloodwork, but nice bedside manner overall.
Excellent. I came back from my trip in Africa with a bacteria.... The Dr was not in an hurry, asking all the questions needed and making all tests. He followed up well after. I would definitelly recommand him.

Great doctor's office - friendly, convenient and easy to contact.

Great Dr. with a personal interest in his patients.
Dr Haber exhibits no bed-side manner, rudely walks around his office in his own little world as if the Patient is not there, I was constantly interrupted losing my train of thought. He mis-read my Blood Pressure as 164/106 and didn't even bother to re-take it as any professional would do. His front desk office personnel specifically Rosie is aloaf and useless allowing the phone to ring numerous times until it goes into voice-mail during office hours.

Huge fan of Doctor Haber even though I had to wait for around 30 minutes. Very friendly, understanding doctor who took the time to learn about me and what was going on.
TL;DR: Dr. Haber is a good doctor. He is inquisitive, proactive, informed, and efficient. His office on the other hand feels second-hand and unorganized. His receptionist is unwelcoming and quite frankly fairly useless in my experience. Full review: I scheduled a physical with Dr. Haber through ZocDoc and received email confirmation of my appointment, but when I showed up on the date and time of my appointment there was no record of me. Furthermore, I was "greeted" by the receptionist with a, "Please take a seat" rather than a "Hello! Welcome to Dr. Haber's office. How may I help you?" She didn't realized I didn't have an appointment booked until 10 minutes later when she asked for my name again. I had to reschedule for a weekend date. When I showed up for my weekend appointment (booked for 11am) I was received the same way. This time I initiated the conversation of who I was and confirmed my appointment and was given a couple pages of paperwork and a clipboard. I took a seat in the cramped waiting area that consists of 5 or 6 chairs and a magazine rack and filled out the paperwork (although I had filled out all of the same type of paperwork through ZocDoc so obviously there is a disconnect there). I handed her the paperwork after about 10-15 minutes and asked when I could expect to be seen. She simply replied, "There is one patient ahead of you," which gave me no indication of time. There was indeed one patient ahead of me. There was also the patient that the doctor was currently seeing. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. In that time the receptionist sitting 5 feet from me gave me no updates or reassurances. When the doctor finally called me he whisked me into another very small office and asked me to wait. No smiles or handshakes. I had no idea what I was waiting for this time. I waited there for a brief time when Dr. Haber reappeared and gave me a quick handshake and very brief introduction before whisking me deeper into his labrynth to an exam room and asked me to sit on the sterile paper-sheet-lined padded bed (which had a ripped cushion underneath). He began with some quickfire questions about my medical history and anything that was bothering me. Though it felt impersonal and a bit robotic, I appreciated the sense of candor I got from Dr. Haber and felt that he was legitimately concerned with my health. As the exam continued I could see he was considering everything I told him and assessing my health from a complete perspective. I felt he was efficient with the information I was giving him, but also patient and thorough. Dr. Haber spent over an hour with me and though there were some moments of general conversation, in no way did I feel he was "shmoozing". He was a bit odd at times (bringing up images of possible causes to my symptoms on Google Image Search and WebMD), but I was ok with that. The overall sense I got from Dr. Haber is that he understands his role as a primary care physician and his responsibility to his patients and fills that role without being overbearing or intrusive. His personality is tepid with maybe a slightly warm tinge, but he is direct and thorough, which is what I am looking for in a primary care physician. After my exam, I saw the receptionist for some follow-up information. She was supposed to give me information on who to contact for a sleep study, but couldn't find the reference in her cramped wall of overstuffed manilla folders that looked haphazardly thrown into stacks. She even said I should call her on Monday to remind her to give me the information and chuckled as if it were funny that she had no idea what she was doing. I don't appreciate doing someone else's job for them. Overall I'd recommend Dr. Haber, but I wouldn't recommend his office. As this was my first visit, I will have to see what communication is like in receiving blood work and subsequent information, but I'm worried I'm going to have to do all the heavy lifting if I want to get any information that I don't get from Dr. Haber himself.
Very informative, cares about the patient's health. Great knowledge of medicine and is very passionate about his work. Fast and efficient visit.
