The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had some issues with a prescription and they made sure to keep me updated with any information they had. Dr. Shah was very thorough in explaining everything once the appointment was finished.

He thoroughly went over my health history, asked a lot of questions, and then explained his opinion in depth. I was very happy to have found him, and especially thankful I was able to make an appointment online, and get in fairly soon as well (only a few days). The office staff is also very courteous. As a new patient, who "fired" my other doctor for not listening well, along with having rude office management, finning Dr. Shah was a huge relief.

Wait time was pretty long, but, Dr. Shah was well worth the wait. Dr. Shah spent a good amount of time with me, he listened to me.

I don't know any other way to describe my first appointment with Dr. Shah other than to say...Amazing! Also, according to the chalk board in the waiting room, they recently added Nurse Practioner (NP) Christina whom was amazing as well. (I hope I got her name right because I am horrible with names.)
I absolutely hated having to give them 3 stars when it came to rating my waiting time. Even though I had to wait a substantial amount and so have to be honest with my wait time review, there was an awesome reason why the wait is so long, so I feel it necessary to explain.
Dr. Shah takes all the time necessary to talk to the patient and get to know them, exam the patient and their symptoms, and explain the course of action as far as treatment is concerned. Only once before have I been as happy with a physician, and that was with my oncologist many years ago.
Briefly, as if that it possible at this point, I suffer from a condition that not many people (including doctors, some of whom I have had to educate) know about, Cluster Headaches. Dr. Shah was familiar with the condition but also made sure to ask me plenty of questions. Also, he asked ME what works for me. He asked me what I have found, over the many years of experimentation, that works for treatment. Without hesitation he began the treatment that I knows works.
Many doctors nowadays are reluctant to prescribe certain medications. Dr. Shah is very careful as well and makes sure to ask many questions to make sure the medicines I use are the appropriate treatment. I can honestly say that Dr. Shah and Christina are NOT my medical team, well not them alone...I honestly feel a part of it as well, which for me is important.
His office staff is extremely nice and helpful, shout out to Nicole and Lisa, and were willing to answer my multiple "dumb" questions. My daughter got a HUGE kick out of the "child" they have in the office as well.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience all around. I assure you that I have, without a doubt, found my new primary care physician.
