Being mentally healthy and finding balance in all aspects of life is just as important as being physically healthy. Taking care of our mental wellbeing is not always easy. I am a dual certified adult nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. I can help you find that balance which promotes your optimal mental health. I offer compassionate and comprehensive mental health services to clients from mid-adolescence throughout the lifespan who have a variety of psychiatric concerns.
The journeys and goals of individuals are different. I utilize a personalized, collaborative approach using shared decision making to develop a treatment plan with supportive management strategies that empowers and motivates clients to reach their goals. By assessing a client’s unique strengths and developing a therapeutic relationship, I treat the whole person and not just their symptoms. Within a trusting, respectful and non-judgmental environment, I will support you in finding the solutions that best benefit you. These may include psychotherapy, medication management, or a combination of both. Appointments can be in person or via telehealth.
I received my Master of Science in Nursing as an adult nurse practitioner from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions and certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of New Hampshire.
