Dr. Misra was extremely compassionate and caring. I saw her while having an allergic reaction (that I was told was an infection from another Dr) and she sent me to the ER right away. She and her team went above and beyond and helped me call a cab in the pouring rain so I wouldn't have to put pressure on my foot. I ended up having to spend a few days in the hospital but she called a few times to check up on me and try to help me figure out what happened to cause it.
Unfortunately I already have an established primary doctor here, but I highly, highly recommend her to anyone. I have never felt so well taken care of!

Dr. Sulagna Misra was very good to me. I suffer from high cholestrol and she was very detailed on what I needed to do as far as taken meds, eating the right foods, etc.
Unfortunately, when trying to refill my meds at times, it was a little annoying. every 30 days I had to reach out to her for refills. Just recently, she took a leave of absence and that's fine. I don't have a problem with that but it should've been better communicated to her patient that she was going to be gone and who was going to be the replacement so I can plan ahead and wait for the new Dr to see me. Instead I was seen by someone who was just a "fill-in."
30 days after the visit, I called to see if I can get a refill to hold me down until next visit. Instead, they requested that I should come in so the new Dr (Whoever that was) can see me before refilling my meds. I don't know if this visit would've required me to take another blood test in order to get the meds I need. My records should show that I need these meds. I get that the new doctor has to be careful what meds he's approving for refills but my records should show I need these meds before visit.
Lastly, the person i spoke over the phone advised me to look for another Dr. that can take you sooner than them. I was nothing but nice to them and i get a response like that in return. Classy!
Other than that, the short time i was seeing Misra, she was great! The people there now, I know they're probably stressed out but they shouldn't push away they're patients.

This was my first visit, and I liked Dr Misra and the office staff so much that I've made her my PCP. She was more thorough than any other doctor I've seen -prepare to spend 10 minutes filling out a medical history- and would refer to it often as she got to know me. The staff was very considerate and polite, and even called before my appointment to offer another time in case it was more convenient for me.

I have been looking for a PCP for a while now after issues with my previous doctor. Dr. Misra was pleasant and concerned about my total well being, not just the symptoms I mentioned at our visit.
