Before meeting Dr Sharma, I realized he hired quality people based on Paty's calmness and efficiency at the front desk and Ruth's attentiveness suring eye testing. After seeing Dr. Sharma, it became clear that his office is made up of only the best. I highly recommend this practice!

I actually saw Dr. Trent Tadlock who was the consummate professional. He thoroughly explained each process during my eye examination, thereby assuring me that each step was crucial in assessing my eye health. Finally, I'm grateful to Dr. Tadlock for teaching me more about my eyes in less than one hour than any other specialist ever has.

Dr. Sharma was great. He spend enough time with me and explained his diagnosis. However, I had to wait for more than an hour even with an appointment which I made through zocdoc!. It was quite ridiculous that they would have over booked so many patients.

Smooth process from booking my comprehensive eye exam appointment online to the actual appointment. I received a phone call from live staff confirming my appoint, verifying my insurance, and notifying me of preauthorization. I appreciate that! Additionally, I elected to receive updates/reminders by text message, which is convenient when email isn't as accessible. I completed the forms online, and received a text message 15 minutes before my appointment to remind staff of completion on ZocDoc. Wait time was 10-15 minutes from the time I signed in, which is considerable great for a new patient. The examination was thorough and each step was explained by staff (Jennifer) and Dr. Palermo. Dr. Palermo was kind enough to provide free sample drops for my occasional dry eyes. Overall, this was an excellent visit. In and out in about an hour. Note: Mondays are busy. My apt was for 8:45am and there may have been 4-5 in the waiting room. When I came out, there was close to 20.

Dr. Sharma was very professional; explained step by step the procedure he was going to perform. He was very reassuring and communicate what was going to happen after. He has a great since of humor. His staff was wonderful; front desk very professional, his assistant very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The office was clean, comfortable and nice to the eye. I am new to Houston and had no idea who to go to, but I looked on Houston Best Doctors and Dr. Sharma was one of top choices. He is very personable and cares about his patients.
