More about Dr. Sunda Friedman Tebockhorst, PhD
I was born in Denver, and lived in the area for a few years. My family moved when I was young, I mostly grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I completed my undergraduate work there, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before returning to Colorado.
After moving to Colorado, I worked at the Longmont Police Department as the inaugural Victim Services Coordinator for the department. I decided to return to graduate school, and did my master’s degree in clinical forensic psychology at the University of Denver. I completed my long trek through academia at the University of Northern Colorado, with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.I currently live in Boulder, Colorado and enjoy the proximity of my extended family in the area. I am married, and have two young children.
