Staff and Dr. Patel were great. Wait time needs improvement. When I arrived, it was a smallish waiting room crammed with 20 people, some that had already been waiting hours for their appointment.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Doc was able to answer all of my questions. Thank you for your support.

Best cardiologist, Best office staff & Best care....
I think I was really disappointed with this experience. With all due respect Dr Sunil and his office his old, was super cold in there and we waited for close to 1 and half hours to see him and then another half hour to get out of the door Dr Sunil did not display the kind of expertise and finesse thats needed of a doctor who treats sleep disorders, if it was a movie theatre I would have asked for a refund of my co-pay. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!

Staff and Dr. Patel were great. Wait time needs improvement. When I arrived, it was a smallish waiting room crammed with 20 people, some that had already been waiting hours for their appointment.
Waited 2.5 hrs to see the doctor for 5 minutes.
The staff was excellent and very attentive. There was no wait time at all! Dr. Patel was great, had a great sense of humor and explained everything in a very detailed manner.

My appointment was at 12p. I did not see Dr. Patel until about 2:30p. The office was ridiculously crowded as a staff member mentioned that they overbooked. Patients were being sent back to the waiting room between being seen. It was just a mess.
I liked him... just not the wait

very informative, pleasant doctor.

Had a 10 am appointment didn't get seen till 12:30pm. Only was with the doctor for 10 mins and he told me I would need a follow up visit in a week to do further test?!?!?! I thought the whole thing was absurd.

Not good
To early to tell
Doctor's beside manner was really good, it was the wait time that was too much. We waited over 3 hours and were not able to complete the tests we needed scheduled. It's too bad on the wait time because the doctor was pretty good.

Very little experience in staff. Went in for a stress test and they didnt have the holter monitor available that day. They had to reschedule for a different day. I wouldve liked to have done it that day and not needed to take off extra time from work to go back.!
Dr. Patel took time to talk to me and discuss the issues. He recommended various sleep strategies, other doctors and did run multiple tests for precaution. The only downside is that there was a packed waiting room, to the point where people needed to stand. Wait time was longer than expected, for me in particular this was likely because my appointment did not show up for them (I'm assuming this has something to do with Zocdoc scheduling), but they did take me promptly anyway.

I was seeking a second opinion on the results of my at-home sleep apnea test that I Had done and reviewed by another sleep Doc. I had to wait over 2 hrs after my appt time to see this Doc. We had about a 20 min discussion, then he told me I had to fill out 2 quick surveys about sleep before he'd write me an Rx for Provigil (modafinil) and be able to persuade my insurance company to cover an in-hospital sleep study. (I have Horizon BCBS EPO Plus and it took over a dozen calls and over a month for them to approve the simple rental of a sleep study machine for one night.) I then gave the surveys to the (New) receptionist to give to the Doc, then waited again for over an hour to review the results of my surveys and discuss getting treatment for my obstructive sleep apnea. Only options BTW are a mouth guard, CPAP mask, or surgery (dangerous). After 4 hours in total, I did walk out with a script for Provigil (typically super difficult to get), and a referral to get a mouth guard, and with confidence that after carefully choosing my answers to the 2 sleep surveys, that I'd be able to get the in-hospital sleep study covered by my insurance.
His services are great but the wait is horrible. My appointment was at 8:30 am but office opens at 9:00 am and that day it opened at 9:15 am. Then to make it worse, I was the tenth person on the list when in reality I was the third person at door. It is a horrible waste of time.

He is too busy and needs to slow down to better answer his patients questions with more detail and understanding of their situation. He is the perfect example of how personal incentives has affected our health industry.
