Dr. Ning is without a doubt the kindest, most knowledgeable, and patient-dedicated PCP I have seen to date. I had a bunch of questions that she thoroughly answered. My family has decided she’s the right doctor for us. Her staff is equally as kind. The nurses were funny and empathetic as well as efficient and gentle with blood collection and flu shot. The receptionist was fast at taking down info verbally, no forms to fill out, and sent me a link to verify info on my phone through the Montefior MyChart app. She also took the time to explain my insurance’s copay system. I’m so happy this practice is in our neighborhood and in-network!

I was finally able to find a PCP that’s cares. Dr. Sunita took her time listening to all my concerns. Although the wait time was a bit annoying it was worth it. She’s truly amazing.

Growing up with a father as your Primary Care Physician always made it difficult for me to accept other providers. I was able to learn about the healthcare industry and the business of medicine from the inside. It made me very cynical and turned me into a very demanding patient; demanding in the sense of knowing what a good doctor-patient relationship should look like. Because of all this I can gladly say that Dr. Ningthoujam was exceptional! I sincerely enjoyed our time together, never making me feel uncomfortable or not in charge of my own healthcare. She asked me questions and patiently listened to my responses without judgement, and kept me informed about what courses of action we could take TOGETHER. She was prompt (didn't have me waiting), polite with excellent bedside manner, and very clear (not leaving me unsure about what we agreed on). While having a family member as a provider is great, Dr. Ningthoujam is the next best thing. She is my new Primary Care Physician.
