Wow, this doctor actually listens to you. She listened to me and made some HEALTHY recommendations and changes to my diet.
Also added some supplements and recommended a counselor for me to see. EXACTLY what I thought I needed. Dr. Jain is definitely east meets west. If you want high tech meds and a fancy office this isn't it, go to Kaiser which is in the same parking lot.

Dr. Jain is a nice doctor, but I didn't feel like I was getting the best service. Pros: she is kind, and asks a lot of questions. Cons: not board certified, the office didn't seem very clean. The sofa in the waiting room is old, torn and dirty. I noticed that her nurse laid out her medical instruments on a towel that was written all over with ink. There wasn't one bottle of sanitizer anywhere. The office smelled like spices. The staff at the front desk were talking about patients' ailments using their names. They asked me in front of everyone what was wrong me. I didn't appreciate that because that is personal. Had to wait over an hour to get in.
If you are into eastern and western medicine then see Dr. Jain. If not be prepared to hear that you need acupuncture, a nutritionist, a yogi, etc, when all you need is a medication refill.

I was very impressed with many aspects of my appointment. I hadn't realized, but the approach of the medical practice was a holistic east and west medical approach. This definitely influenced the way the appointment went, and it was interesting. I appreciated the fact that it was a not purely medicine approach and perspective, and that there was a lot of discussion about dietary and life changes.
I was also really impressed by the wait time, or lack of wait. I got there about 30 minutes early and ended up being seen 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. While I was in the medical waiting room, Dr. Jain came in right away.
It was a positive experience, and I'd recommend her and the practice, especially to anyone who appreciates a more naturalistic and holistic approach to medicine.

Dr. Jain's focus is the whole body! Mind, Body and Spirit. She spent a lot of time discussing my current state of mind, my lifestyle habits and the things I would like to change. I love her philosophy and I'm really excited about working with her and her staff!

My first visit with Dr. Jain was very positive. I appreciated her encouragement and her willingness to work with me so that I can regain my health. I am thrilled that I found her and believe she is what I need to regain my health. She is soft-spoken and asks lots of questions to gain a complete health and wellness picture. I look forward to working with her. I am so much more comfortable with her style. Based on my first visit with her, I know that I will get better with her care and attention.
