What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
One thing that keeps me passionate about being a healthcare provider is being able to help my patients improve their health. It's also very rewarding to receive positive feedback and gratitude from my patients.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
As a PCP, we are often the first line of access for healthcare. A PCP is a health coach who takes physical and mental health needs into account, then treats patients and, if needed, directs them to specialties beyond the scope of the PCP for consultation(s).
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, being with my family and fur babies, traveling, camping, and motorcycle rides. I also like working on outside projects around the house as well as adding upgrades through my small home renovation endeavors.
I earned my Master's in Nursing from Chamberlain University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive care to my patients.

Provider was rude at the initial appointment. My follow up appointment was cancelled an hour prior with no other notice due to my insurance suddenly becoming out of network, even though there was the option to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional.

Our appointment was inconclusive due to my expression of concern of not wanting to continue the conversation, and after kindly stating that he ended the call abrutply. Mr. Wolfe expressed no professionalism during this call.

Made assumptions, aberrant, accusatory, gave the interpretation that he thought I was just seeking prescription medications when I was solely seeking secondary opinion which other provider told me I was open to do at my discretion given my situation.

horrible bedside manner. seems like he doesn’t enjoy his profession. doesn’t give a direct phone number to call him you have go through a middle man that takes over a day at a time to respond. gave me several issues to get my RX and still cannot reach him. do not recommend

Immediately, his presence was not friendly, he was late,assumptive, and just over all came across negative and not welcoming, kind, friendly, nor a good read of someone .. I felt judged. He also never started with a formal greeting or introduction, he went right to, "which one of you am I seeing" I was there with my mentally disabled son. I understand he felt he needed to be seen by a pcp but is whole bed side manner was yuck.
