Dr. Lohano completed his medical residency at The John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. Afterward, he practiced as a primary care physician at Daviess Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana, and built a new hospitalist program there to improve patient service, customer satisfaction, and market share, as well as establish operational procedures and coordination systems for primary care and specialist physicians to deliver exceptional patient care. In 2014, he established another hospitalist program at Baptist Health Floyd (formerly Floyd Memorial Hospital) and served as the medical director until 2020.
He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, and American Academy of Pediatrics Dr. Lohano has over 16 years of experience in direct patient care, along with a unique background in internal medicine, pediatric care, and customer service.
At Premier Primary Care, Dr. Lohano takes time to explain and educate patients about their health conditions. As a diagnostician, he investigates any health condition per national guidelines.
