His utensils were dirty he was very rude and rough he made my mother's throat bleed he was inconsiderate and unprofessional didn't help me with my mother at all !!!
Awful doctor. Did not listen, refused to do allergy test, did not take seriously a problem that has persisted for several months.
DR. Surinder is great doctor but his clinic has no air condition. Lady assistant is not professional and wait time sucks.
Dr. Malhotra was very thorough. I was hesitant to book due to the reviews on wait time. However, even though his office was full, I was speaking to the dr. Within 30 mins of arriving. I discovered a possible source of my hearing loss (which other doctors have not ever mentioned) and we are beginning treatment. The ladies in the office were quick and efficient. Perhaps not the friendliest reception but very professional. I am very satisfied.
Lovely doctor! Have already recommended him to friends.
The receptionist ( Sharmin ) behavior is very bad, She doesn't have respect for patients, my primary doctor told us about it and she gave us another ENT doctor, But I came my self to him, because I visited him last times 2 years ago, but now I know why my primary doctor told me not to go. After this visit I will not come.
It's very bad. My appointment was 3:00pm and now is 6:00pm steel I am waiting. The stuff of his office are too lazy and unprofessional. Sitting arrangements of his office is very poor.
Doctor himself was ok but the waiting time was crazy. They made me wait for 2 hours and the lady at the desk was like don't be late for your next appointment. Really? Like I was there 30 mins early and made me wait for 2 hours!!
this guy didn't do any thing good ,he didn't even can see your inner canal ear , don't go to his place
Absolutely recommend! Doctor and staff are great, was taken care of very well and felt comfortable. Doctor Malhotra is very gentle and informative so happy to have found him!
he is very practiced doctor and very fast decide the actions.
Dr Malhotra and his staff is very fast and efficient I highly recommend.
Very funny guy. Loved him. But the waiting time was painful. They should do something about it.
I don't think so he is a real doctor..!!
Dr. Malhatra was very informative and detailed about treatment options. Very attentive to patient's needs.
He was friendly, and attentive. He cleaned my ear because of an ear infection. His medical clothes looked dirty so did his office. The procidure was painflu and I was really shocked when blood came put of my ear. The doctor said it was fine, it was just the infection and that I would be ok. He's treatment did help me with the infection. I was late for the appointment on a holiday...I went there as an emergency because I woke up with a really bad ear infecction and the staff was really rude although they waited for me.
Nothing to complain about
I thought Dr. Malhotra was a lovely gentleman with a great sense of humor, however as he was flushing out earwax from my a patient's ears he did not use gloves, clean equipment, or a drape. As earwax was flushed out, the kind physician did not wash his hands afterwards but just simply wiped them on his lab coat.
The front desk is understaffed which made the visit a little frustrating, but Dr. Surinder Malhotra was great. Very efficient and attentive.
Actually Dr Malhotra is professional and friendly but waiting takes long time.
He is a nice doctor
Dr. Malhotra is absolutely the best in his field. He is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced in performing procedures. He makes me feel at ease and has a wonderful personality. His skills in his field are absolutely impressive. He performed a procedure for me in his office and I am so very pleased by the outcome and by his level of service and concern. I am referring to everyone and definitely coming back again and again.
I arrived 15 min prior to my appointment and I was seen an hour after my appointment. The wait time was awful. He's good just the waiting time is a big NoNo!
Avoid this doctor, he will find the problem even if you don't suffer from any to make money.
It was wonderful and a very friendly atmosphere .
The waiting area was little small .not enough chair. But over all it wasn't bad.
He made my pain go away in a minute.
Good doctor!! Got it quick
He was very good and knowledgeable. Very good doctor.
got my ear checked and irrigated and an allergy test done. wait time not too bad. dr is funny and cracks jokes.
I take his opinion and felt good about it
Very nice doc
Everyone was very nice and I love the doctor, he's so nice.
Office is dirty; the equipment is outdated and didn't appear to be sanitary; though secretaries were pleasant one was observed to be typing a not while on her knees due to lack of space. The doctor took several private calls asking patients to leave his office and "wait for me until I call you back." He then proceeded to apologize as if the apology was going to make up for his lack of professional judgement. Given that my schedule is condensed I though seeing a doctor on the weekend would allow me to access this necessary services. Never again.
Dr Malhotra is a great doctor he diagnosis was 100% accurate. The medication prescribed relieved my symptoms and I felt better within 1 hour after my visit. This is a week later and my allegeries are under control I can keep my dog. I highly recommend this doctor.
Great visit I feel 100% better the doctor and staff were wonderful my diagnosis was spot on and I can breath again! I highly recommend this practice.
He answered every question we had & was very helpful. He was patient with my 10 year old who was acting a little more like a 5 year old that day. He made him laugh which helped. We will be going back and recommending him.
Excellent doctor. Really cares about patients.
Be aware that debit cards are not accepted for paying a self-pay visit. Cash only. I was asked to walk a couple blocks to get cash from an ATM. Doctor may or may not have put an unsanitary metal tool in my mouth to check my throat; it came out of a drawer with innumerable others, just thrown together inside higgledy-piggledy. Fingers crossed. Also, the doctor spent less than five minutes with me, but he said I could return in a couple weeks if I wasn't better. I hope this antibiotic helps.
The staff are Nauseating!!! just like the other people who wrote the review its true.. the 2 Indians front girls are nasty, they have a bad day. I was new they didn't welcome me, they gave me some forms to fill out. Long story short I went to see the doctor because I have throat infection, the doctor didn't examine my ears or nose. only my throat because I told him my throat is hurting. He gave me medication didn't do anything, I had to go to him again and he gave me another medication and its not doing anything. By the way I wrote on my history that I am allergic to penicillin and when I went inside the examine room I also told him I am allergic to the medication. The doctor gave me antibiotics that have a penicillin in it. I was red and I had rashes I didn't know till I went to my primary doctor and she said which genius gave you that? I am not going back to that doctor again, I am going to look for another doctor and thank you ZOC DOC for horrible doctors this is the 3rd one in a raw I go to and they are horrible I will google better, The front desk girls really need to be fired they hate people, when people come they go OMG another one, that's very rude. and they rush the patience to get out and my appt was at 5:30 because I come all the way from Brooklyn the front desk girl called she was like can you come at 4 because we close at 4. I SAID NO because I have work and it says you close at 5:30 is the last patience you see.. she was like oh try to come early like at 5 because we will close the door. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? thank you zoc doc.
He was great!
Was told I look allergic and handed scripts for meds that I can't take. It felt like a drug pushing session that lasted 5 minutes. The doctor had no idea what I was requesting and did little to resolve my issues. Had he listened and not jumped to get the script pad out, he'd have known I have taken this same route multiple times over the course of years. This office is just a merry go round of in and out insurance swipes.
He is a really nice doctor and very professional. Highly recommended!
Excellent Doctor! Highly recommend.
It was great
I love the idea to be open an Saturday...
Dr himself was great. He was gentle, patient and thorough. His office was cluttered and there was a roach climbing the wall.
The doctor is good, he jokes with you all the time. But the little little assistant of his(he has three, the Indian girl) she was very rude. She didn't call to let us know when our appointment was cancelled, but kept arguing when we said we didn't receive any call or voice mail. A simple sorry would have suffice. The reason I think she gave us attitude bc she was talking in her cell phone when we went to her, she would not even listen to me first then I got mad at her bc she should listen to the patient first and listen their complaints then give her side of the story. Anyway if I go there again it will be just for the doctor.
Express service amazing
excellent physician and surgeon.
Very happy with my visit. I will be following up with another appointment. In and out with minimal waiting and I feel that the doctor is very knowledgable and honest. 5 stars from me.
The wait was surprisingly short - only 10 minutes. However, the visit with Dr. Malhotra lasted 5 minutes or less. I explained what had NOT worked for my problem, and then, proving that he didn't listen to me (or care) he told me to do exactly what I had told him hadn't worked. Total waste of time.
very nice dr. takes time to talk straight with no run around. wait time very little.
He is precise! Loved the service, I was in the office for a total of 30 minutes and I came out with everything I needed (referral, prescription) I highly recommend doctor Malhotra. He's super nice, friendly, and very professional
Excellent, the staff was very caring.

Dr. Malhotra, was great, we brought in our 3 yr old grand daughter whom suffers from nose bleeds, we were not able to sucure an EMT doctor in Long Island where we were visiting family for the holidays, looked online and found him, available for a Saturday appointment, he was polite, very informative and professional.
