Therapy should feel safe, supportive and empowering. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. I take the time to truly get to know each client - their strengths, challenges, and personal goals - so we can work together to build skills that make a difference in everyday life. I believe partnering with families and caregivers, because communication doesn't stop at therapy, it thrives when we all work together!
