Had a lovely experience with Dr. Mendes and staff. everyone was super friendly and warm. Dr. M answered all my questions and was patient and kind. she also talked me through every step of the procedure. Really appreciated the queer inclusiveness - as someone with doctor anxiety, all of the above is very important, so I appreciated it.

My second visit with Dr. Mendes and I am very happy for her care. She is a great listener and I feel like a family member when visiting her office. Ellen and the entire staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Mendes.

I was nervous about the examination I scheduled with P.A. Mendes, but her willingness to listen and gentle speech made me more comfortable. She showed concern and follow-through regarding the examination and I appreciated that most.

Dr. Mendes was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and had amazing bedside manner—she made sure to take the time to listen and to provide accurate and helpful feedback regarding the health questions I had. I honestly have never had a better experience at a doctor's appointment!

Beyond excellent services. Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse, and doctor were super nice and helpful. Dr. Mendes was very attentive to my explanations of different issues I've been dealing with. They were able to provide different women's health services and even Covid antibody testing and are able to also give referrals for Covid testing locations. I was glad I was able to address all my needs and then be referred to specialists I need to see. I really liked that Dr. Mendes didn't overprescribe me with medications and really wanted to get to the root of what is causing problems for me before anything. If I could give her and all staff 10 stars I would! I highly recommend!

She is a super woman, she was very thorough, helpful, informative, kind and she's did the most thorough gyne exam without discomfort that I've had. She was 7 months pregnant and had allergies at the time I saw her but she was so caring and I found her amazing to be working to help others at that stage of her pregnancy. It shows she's not only a great doctor but a genuinely good and caring person.

I was very pleased with Ms. Susan Mendes from her introducing herself, to carefully hearing my medical issues, to taking the time to look at my medical past notes. But what I really liked besides her very nice attitude was that she wanted to takes how & what I need into consideration by asking me, "what I wanted/needed" which almost no doctor will do. I really liked her. :-)
