I loved seeing Jack! The day of my appointment with Jack happened to be the day that I felt the worse because of my illness and Dr. O'Brien and his team were so welcoming and accommodating, which really put me at ease. Would definitely go again

I visited Dr. O’Brien iwhile I was in the process of looking for a new primary care physician. Although my first appointment was to address ongoing symptoms, I left feeling relieved and confident that I had finally found my new PCP.
Dr. O’Brien has excellent bedside manner and immediately made me feel at ease and very comfortable during the visit. He is both a thoughtful listener and a clear communicator, taking the time to hear my concerns and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It is clear that he is a genuinely caring person who truly wants the best for his patients, and that made a big difference in how supported I felt.
Overall, I am very grateful to have found Dr. O’Brien and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care doctor who is compassionate, attentive, and professional.

Dr. Obrien is the best GP I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. With his help I feel like I have a complete picture of my health status.
As an example: Two years ago, my bad cholesterol was going up, He counseled me on what to do to get it down. I followed his advice and sure enough, I got control over it and it has been on a downward trend ever since.

I had a great experience here. My appointment was at 3 PM and I was called at 3 PM. The medical assistant was friendly and went through the initial medical work. My doctor (O'Brien) came in shortly after that. He took the time to answer questions, address my needs, and set things up for my next appointment. Overall, an excellent trip to the doctor (which is rare these days).

I can’t express enough how it important and wonderful it is to have a doctor with whom you can communicate openly about your concerns, truthfully about your life and who understands and trusts you in return. This level of trust is critical when finding a long term healthcare provider. I was fortunate to find Dr. O’BRIEN and Pacific Oaks team 5 years ago and incredibly happy to be returning to their care.
