Horrible wait times! My first appointment I was there for a total of 3 hours. Had a virtual appointment recently and my appointment was at 2:00 and Becky wasn’t available until 3:40! After an hour of waiting, I gave up. My time is valuable too and an hour and 40 minute wait time is unacceptable!

Sometimes you get a great first impression but the second time around was even better. I honestly have never been so comfortable for a doctors visit but Susan makes it easy. I even brought my partner so he could pick her brain and she put us both at ease. I highly recommend her!

I had an awesome experience! I came for a second opinion about Long COVID-19 symptoms I was having. This provider is a proactive Healthcare provider, so she made sure that all of my shots were up to date, that tests were scheduled to get more information about symptoms, & she was awesome at listening & answering questions that I had. I was very pleased and happy,very comfortable my anxiety went away. I felt sooo comfortable she eased all my pain away.it seemed like I knew her and vicsa versa . She made me feel special like a member of her family. We talked so long it was @least a couple of hours.i didn't get rushed out she's listening to everything I had to say and I like that, I haven't had that in a long time, I asked her where had she been. I'm glad I found her cuz I've been looking for a NP. For a long time and thenk God I finally found her.

Everything was great. I feel like she listened very well and was willing to hear all of my concerns and questions. I do feel like the diagnosis part was rushed and I wasn’t give a lot of information, such as price and how to take it, on the medication she prescribed. I also could’ve asked more questions though.

Susan Rebecca White-Dragon, NP and her assistant was by far the very best medical physicians I've ever visit. They both were amazing listeners and had great energy. Susan wrote me a referral for all of my medical concerns and she was not judgmental about my spiritual fasting and practices for my holistic health, in fact she even recommended a few herbs to take while fasting. I will definitely be back for any future medical concerns.
