My mission is to work with the client and assist them using the tools of psychology to obtain their goals. Therapy goals very based on a client's unique life experiences. The tools of psychology that I use consist of dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy and school psychology. Psychological tools and strategies assist a client work through: intrusive thoughts, fears, creative blocks, concerns parenting skills, navigating difficult relationships, and educational barriers, and career, and assist students and their teachers mitigate the affects of learning disabilities.
