I hold a Master's in Social Work from West Chester University and have spent over 14 years in the mental health field, driven by a passion to help individuals navigate life's obstacles, heal, and improve their quality of life. My background in medical technology, psychology, and social work has taught me the importance of the mind-body connection, integrating this understanding to address not just symptoms but also underlying causes. I believe every therapy should be as unique as the individual receiving it, tailored to their strengths, challenges, desires, and goals. My approach includes multiple therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and others, based on each person's needs. My work across various roles, from behavioral specialist to outpatient therapist, has equipped me with deep expertise in ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, narcissistic abuse recovery, and more. I assist individuals across all age groups, though I particularly enjoy working with teens and adults.
