My husband and I have been going to Dr. Wynne for many years. She is extremely professional and knowledgable and able to spend time answering any questions or concerns we may have. I can't recommend Dr. Wynne and her helpful, friendly staff enough.

Thorough, friendly, and professional, Dr. Wynne enjoys helping others enhance and protect their vision. Patients admire her excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
Born and raised in upstate New York, where her father worked as an engineer for IBM, Susan developed a love for the environment and a desire to study the human visual system. This desire developed following treatment for exotropia during high school.
Susan graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in chemistry before attending optometry school at SUNY: State College of Optometry.
Initially, Dr. Wynne worked for the Permanente Medical Group in California where in addition to performing eye examinations, she provided medical eye consultation for Family, Pediatric, and Internal Medicine Physicians. Her passion for outdoor sports prompted her to relocate to Seattle in 1997 where she worked part time for Virginia Mason while establishing Eastside Vision Care in Redmond.
Susan enjoys hiking, camping, biking, sailing, and skiing with her son, Carsten.
