I had a wonderful first visit with Dr. Saindon. I hadn't been to a primary care physician in years, and she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was also really stress free to book the visit, the office was easy to find with parking right out front, and every person I spoke to in the office was really nice and helpful. Can't recommend Dr. Saindon enough.

Dr. Saindon was excellent. She was very attentive as I explain my situation to her. She was very thorough with her questions and expressed genuine concern. She gave me advice and recommended me to specialists she felt could help if symptoms continue to exist.

I can't say enough about Dr. Saindon's ability to quickly build rapport and sincerely take an interest in me as a whole patient. She takes a vested interest in the outcome of your situation and works with you to find the solutions best suited to you as an individual and allows you to be involved in your course of treatment. She is approachable and makes sure that you know she is there if you have any problems, questions, or new issues arise. It's comforting knowing I can contact my PCP and have them remember me/respond/care. Dr. Saindon is the first doctor I've had in YEARS that makes an effort to build a long term relationship with you.
And besides all of that her clinical skills are excellent. Her medical assistant or PA (sorry I'm not sure) Riley is also wonderful, professional, and kind.

Dr. Saindon was thoughtful and engaged throughout the appointment. She was interested and asked poignant questions to get a "whole" perspective on my health and wellness. I felt comfortable as she was extremely easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable, intelligent, relatable, and asked appropriate follow up questions to get a full understanding of me as a patient. I have not felt like I have had this level of care/attentiveness since my years seeing a pediatrician. Dr. Saindon made it clear that she could be contacted and would be available if there were any future concerns as well as to continue the relationship as my regular primary care. Very impressed. Highly recommend!

My first visit with Dr. Saindon was a truly wonderful experience. I had been looking for a new PCP and kept putting it off, but Dr. Saindon was so helpful in talking through what I wanted to discuss - she was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in giving me a recommendation for a specialist to secure another appointment in just a few weeks (part of the reason I wanted a new PCP in the first place). I also appreciated how she brought up questions around mental health even though I didn't prompt the discussion. It wasn't something I had thought to mention but she made the process easy and once I left I couldn't stop telling people how great my experience was. Highly recommend a visit to Dr. Saindon, and I'm so glad she's my new PCP.
