I was referred to a different surgeon by the hospital and unable to contact them. The pain was excruciating and I wasn’t able to even move off the couch by myself. I was able to be seen in this office the next day and they did a treatment and provided a brace the same day. There was some wait time and it took over three hours total but it was also exactly what I needed so that was fine by me. I can see how it would be an issue for someone who is just trying to do a quick/routine check in but given the extent of my injury I was very grateful to be seen and initially treated within 24 hours.
Orthopedist was outstanding, as were her assistants/imaging technicians. Front desk reception needs work; I'm only talking about one of the employees in this capacity and not comfortable singling someone out, so let me say under an "umbrella" request, please just acknowledge a patient when he/she arrives even if you can't get him/her checked in right away.

She is AMAZING! Dr. Walters went above and beyond, ensuring that all bases of the injury would be covered in the tests conducted. Highly recommend for any injuries, especially knees.

Thankful she was able to see me on short notice. She was polite m, knowledge, and gave great recommendations to help the healing process.
Spent a good deal of time with us. Answered all of our questions. Called us later in the day to put us at ease on on something discovered in the MRI for our daughter that turned out to be nothing. Very appreciative of that call and her thoroughness.
