Hi, I’m Sydney Griffin, MS, RD, LD. I’m originally from Jackson, Tennessee. I graduated undergraduate and graduate school from the University of Memphis with my Masters in Clinical Nutrition in 2021. I made the move to Bowling Green in January 2022 where I currently live with my partner and new dachshund puppy “Drizzy”. I’m passionate about nutrition, and being able to help people foster deeper understandings of and better relationships with food. I’m a big believer that eating should be something that is not only about fueling one’s body well, but something that should be enjoyed also. In my free time, I enjoy going to brunch with friends, kayaking, and lifting weights at the gym. I’m so excited and grateful for MNT Inc. giving me the opportunity to begin my career and make a difference in my new community!
