Doctor and staff was very professional. Waiting room small, all chairs were taken when I walked in. I had to stand for 10 minutes before a chair became available.

The staff was super nice and sow as the dr but he didn't even take time to listen to my list he walked of the room and his assistant came with my prescription I didn't even know he left and wasn't coming back I thought that was strange also I waited for a long time but his assistant was the sweetest thing

Well considering the fact that I took off work drove all the way across town for a an appt that they said was never scheduled ... my appt experience was very awful and inconvenient.

Their billing is consistently full of errors, and they will cancel appointments at the last minute. Not reschedule for the same day ( I understand sometimes things come up), but for a completely different day and always with an explanation that sounds skeptical. The office staff is the weakest part of this medical team. The physician is a kind and knowledgeable man, but if you have a busy schedule or need your medical billing done correctly, you should go elsewhere.

I was not satisfied with Dr.Arshad. Not trying to say anything about his expertise but a lot of the comments he made toward my condition were unnecessary and completely irrelevant. I have now gone to a different Dr who actually figured out what was wrong with my abdomen and apparently it's a serious issue that I need to have corrected through surgery. Meanwhile, Dr.Arshad was advising me to go take a "sleep test" (?) and get all sorts of blood-work done and being told that my migraines are only problems that women experience and that it's odd I get these as a male. Really, I felt like he was trying to find ways to insult me rather than help.

I received a referral from Willowbrook Hospital ER to go to this doctor. It didn't take long to get an appointment there; from the ER on Thursday to see the doctor on Monday. Wait time was less than an hour to fill out forms.There was a flat-screen tv on the far wall playing a local channel. After turning in my filled in forms, I was called in to one of the exam rooms, height, weight, & blood pressure checks were taken. I seen a medical office personnel, a medical tech, a nurse, & the doctor. Everyone of them were quite kind to me. Regretfully, the doctor wasn't able to help me, for he is an Internist & the Hospital ( even though kind to me ) should had referred me to a pain doctor & a GI doctor. They couldn't help me, but they were very nice & referred me elsewhere. I am grateful for that.
