The location was close to my home and easy to get to. The staff treated me like I was a long-time patient upon arrival, very helpful with the sign-in process. They were very hospitable and welcoming. The MA who came for me, Jennifer, greeted me with a smile
Doctor Jamise had a welcoming smile, which was why I chose her on the ZocDoc portal. When I met her in person, she gave a positive energy, which made me feel comfortable. Meeting a new doctor, next to a dental appointment, is the most uncomfortable feeling for me. I didn't feel rushed, and she took time to listen to me. I believe in first impressions.

I have been looking for long time for a PCP that would not only listen, but who would explain things to me clearly. I did not feel that Dr. Crooms was there just to see as many patients as possible. I felt she really cared and wants what's best for the person, she saw more than a patient. I have found my primary care physician. Did I mention the staff, friendly, fast, and they also listened! We even shared a few laughs!

Dr. Crooms was great! Very personable and easy to talk to. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and even recommended a few specialists when I asked.
My insurance was accepted and even covered labs for my physical. The office staff was very friendly and lively. There’s a spacious waiting room so seating was comfortable and quiet. Everything was clean and orderly. Their MyChart system made it easy to sign up for an account to easily view test results, appointment notes, and schedule future appointments. It was all a smooth process. Very satisfied with the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic organization and Dr. Crooms. Highly recommend!

Dr. Crooms was nothing short of amazing, After 14 years of chronic pain,
I cried expressing my pains and struggles because she is the ONLY person who has ever asked me about my problems with the intent to help and not to negate my feelings. She dug through my medical history and records to cross reference before throwing random medications at me and immediately helped me to get on track to improve and rehab my chronic pain. Thank you so much Dr. Crooms and ZocDoc! This app is wonderful!

Office is nice but conventionally commercial. Large complex, so a little bewildering or easy to wind up in the wrong place. But staff is friendly and efficient.

Dr. Crooms is professional, warm, and friendly. I accept people will not have my identical needs and expectations but I prefer my clinicians to be just like Dr. Crooms: unhurried, prompt, approachable, with not a lot of fluff around it. The front office and lab staff were the same. I was the first appointment of the day so I can't say for future promptness and wait-times but today I was seen immediately, with no annoying forms to fill out in quadruplicate.

Seamless process and exceptional staff all around. Saw Dr. Crooms within 15 minutes bloodwork was done onsite and test results were available within 48 hours.
