Just moved here a couple of months ago and decided on her from comments on this site and her background. We didnt feel rushed at all. She explained everything to my 6 year old in a manner he understood and felt comfortable with. We will definately be using her from now on.

Dr. Sylvia Batarseh earned her Pediatric Residency at the Arnold Palmer - Winnie Palmer Hospitals in Orlando. During her three-year residency program, she gained significant exposure in several areas related to her field. Before joining the residency program, Dr. Batarseh had two years experience as an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) resident. It was her sense of responsibility and strong desire to provide quality health care to infants, children, and adolescents that drew her, early on in her academic career, to the
pediatric profession. She is also deeply committed to philanthropic causes and especially to helping underprivileged children.
In 2010, after completing her residency she joined the RDV Sportsplex Pediatrics team and later traveled aboard until 2014 when she joined Medical villages, which presented her with the opportunity to offer high quality pediatric care to patients in a warm and friendly environment. As a licensed physician in Florida, she is honored to be part of the Medical Villages team.
Dr. Batarseh is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Sylvia's number one priority is her family and raising her three beautiful children, Sarah, Peter and Julia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, art, painting and cooking.

I took my son to Dr. Batarseh as he had a fever and we were new to the area. I was very pleased with how she explained the treatment, had a clear plan for follow up in needed, and her general tone towards my child. I plan for her to be my children's pediatrician.
