One hour before the appointment I got a cancellation notice and a note that said “no show fee”. I tried to message her through the Headway portal and call but no one responded. I still showed up to the appointment and waited in the virtual waiting room but she never showed up. They charged me the no show fee and haven’t responded to any messages after 3 days…zocdoc was nice and reached out but I need to settle this directly with them. Frustrating experience overall

Ms. Sams was incredibly professional, caring, attentive, and thorough. I have never seen a psychiatrist that took as much time to listen and ensure she prescribed the correct medications. Instead of simply hearing my prior diagnosis and taking them at face value Ms. Sams actually went through each one and asked me questions based on the DSM 5 questionnaires to ensure she gave me the correct medications and diagnosis. With most psychiatrists I’ve met with they asked my prior diagnosis and prescribed current medication after talking with me for 5/10 minutes Ms. Sams not only went through each diagnosis but also thoroughly asked me about my symptoms and history. She told me she likes to do her own diagnosis with patients to ensure she’s supporting you correctly and to keep up with any changes/current needs of the patient. I truly couldn’t recommend her more she was absolutely wonderful. Professional, competent, intelligent, and thorough. I’m very pleased that I ended booking with her.

Tabatha is the kindest and most empathetic provider I’ve worked with for my medication management. She never makes me feel rushed, and strikes a great balance between making professional recommendations and listening to her patient’s knowledge of themselves. She has made me feel like I am in charge of my own wellbeing while still having fantastic support. I will continue to work with her going forward as I have never worked with a better medication management provider.
