I am a warm, compassionate and kind person who enjoys meeting new people and hearing the stories of their lives. I grew up in Rochester, NY and completed my MSW at Syracuse University. Following graduate school, I relocated to Sarasota, FL. I have worked with children, teenagers and adults providing counseling and support to individuals and families struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, relationships, sexuality, loneliness, divorce, and other major life transitions. Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Family Systems Therapy, I am able to draw from a variety of tools to help guide people and provide support for growth.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
