First things first, the front office staff are so sweet and pleasant!
Dr. Ahn has really good bedside manner. He was able to diagnose my issue and get me started with some customized orthotics. I need to go back for surgery to permanently fix my issue but he never made me feel pressured to do so.

Dr. T.J. Ahn's a board-certifed Podiatrist who has been practicing in Chicago. He specialized Minimally Invasive Foot Surgery, surgery without stitches, to correct Bunion, Hammertoe, Heel Spur, and also Flat feet. He is the Only Master Surgeon of Hyprocure procedure in Chicagoland. Dr. Ahns practice principle is to treat every patient with his heart.
Dr. Ahn received two Bachelor's degrees: Computer Science/Business and Biochemistry. Dr. Ahn speaks fluent English, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese. He believes that patients feel comfortable and relaxed during the visit as his patients speak in their mother languages.
Dr. Ahn earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in 2001. He then successfully completed the Residency training in both Primary Medicine and Surgery of the foot and ankle at Sacred Heart Hospital, Chicago. During the past years, Dr. Ahn has performed over 5,000 podiatric surgeries, and has been involved in teaching state-of-the-art and latest surgical techniques to podiatric residents. Dr.Ahn's In-Office Surgical Suite helps reduce patient's out of pocket amounts.

I like the doctor a lot but I absolutely despise Zocdoc.
You are harassing me with e-mails and texts way too much.
I don't want anymore reminders or recommendations for dentist, primary care physicians and the like.
This is more than obtrusive.

My wife and I had a very pleasant interview with Dr. Ahn. He gave us a complete rundown on the treatment using my feet and the x-rays thereof to illustrate the exact procedure. He was very careful to let us know that he did not take medicare and gave us specific prices for what we chose to do.

He was thorough, intelligent and most important of all - quick (as quick as one can be while being thorough and doing minor foot surgery). Our follow up appointments were great, he helped me to get orthotics for my feet and my nail healed perfectly. No issues over a year later and I am so thankful I went through the process of having my ingrown toenail removed.
