Hello and welcome to a transformative journey towards a healthier, happier you! Taly Kazimirsky is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist in Chicago. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and completed my dietetic internship graduate program at Loyola University in Chicago. Outside the arena of being a dietitian, I am a lover of cats, dogs, and pretty much any furry animal. Taly loves to create art- abstract art, refurbish furniture, create jewelry… pretty much all sorts of crafts. She enjoys dancing, making a mean cup of coffee, pretending to know how to take care of plans, and having meaningful conversations with friends, preferably outside in the sunshine. At our practice, we believe in a refreshing approach to health and nutrition. Gone are the days of restrictive diets and quick fixes. Instead, we embrace the power of evidence-based, non-restrictive care that considers your unique individuality and the interconnectedness of your mind, body, and soul.
