However his receptionist called me 4 times for information from 9:30 a.m. until my appointment at 1:30. I thought this was unprofessional and maybe a lack of training.

I would like "English" magazines. Some of your receptionists are abrupt--when I called to make an appt. Once here they were nice. Dr. Bui came highly recommended to me--
