Was not greeted by the receptionist at all. Another doctor had to come out of his office to see if I was being helped- and once he did, the receptionist acted as if I were interrupting her day.
The doctor was ok. I was having an issue and her treatment recommendation was not explained to me in a way that made sense. I went for a second opinion.

While I do not have negative comments for Dr. Kolev, I found the facility to be dirty. The organization of the exam room needs improvement. Housekeeping supplies, such as a bottle of bleach, a broom and a cleaning rag, were on the floor and visible from the exam table. The facility had wooden furniture in many areas where I felt material that could be wiped clean and sterilized would be more appropriate. I have never been in a medical office that appeared to be as dirty and as poorly maintained. For this reason I would never return to this office.

I'm not sure how this doctor and this practice have accumulated so many positive reviews. The exam room was unbelievably filthy with globs of sticky, unidentifiable stains everywhere. The paper on the exam table looked used/crumbled. The doctor took almost five minutes to do a pap smear - was she lost in there? I don't know. I'm not going back.

Dr. Kolev was fantastic. I have been looking for a great doctor for years and I finally found one. Her staff was great as well! With my mothers history with Breast cancer I am always concerned about myself and I feel I am going to be in good hands with Dr. Kolev.

Dr. Kolev is so sweet and has incredible bedside manner. She was quick and made the visit painless. The nurse that took blood was also so nice and skilled. Highly recommended!

I definitely recommend Dr. Kolev. The nurses in her office are amazing, very professional, yet friendly and courteous. It made my visit pleasant. And Dr. Kolev is a sweetheart. She made me feel comfortable. She was thorough in her questions and her exam.

She was amazing! I love the fact that we met before the examination. I am very big hand shaking and eye contact and she just seemed caring and concerned. Not to mention she put me at ease during the exam and educated rather than lectured. I am going back to her and hope to be her patient for a very long time to come.

This was my 1st time visiting Dr. Kolev, she spent plenty of time before my exam going over my medical history and answering my questions. She answered/explained everything we discussed in a way that I was able to understand and didn't rush through my visit. She even followed up with me a few days later regarding an additional question I had. I was very surprised when I answered the phone and it was actually Dr. Kolev and not one of her staff calling me!! I absolutely recommend Dr. Kolev, her bedside manner and the level of care she provides is hard to find!

I had a really great visit with Dr. Kolev. She's very detailed in her examinations and definitely listens to patient concerns. I'm happy that I chose her (based on other Zoc Doc reviews) and I plan to make her my primary GYN

Dr. Kolev was very nice and efficient - didn't give me a hard time about being older and not having kids yet - which seems to be rare for OBGYNs these days. I was disappointed to see such a shabby looking office, though, and even shabbier exam rooms - but the staff was nice and Dr. Kolev's disposition made it less of an eyesore.

Dr. Kolev was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new GYN. The office waiting room actually felt like a living room and I loved the decor. Since I had filled out the forms on Zoc Doc ahead of time I hardly had to wait. We talked in her office prior to the exam about my reproductive health and any questions or concerns I had. I felt very comfortable talking to her and she addressed any issues I had about contraceptives. The exam was quick and easy. Her assistant Tiffany is also wonderful. We chatted while she did some blood work and she addressed any concerns I had about my chosen contraceptive as well. All in all I had a great experience and I'm glad I found a good doctor I'm comfortable with.
